The stadium which is situated at Maikunkele is being constructed at a cost of US $6.6m. The immediate past governor of the state, Dr. Babangida Aliyu, started the project in 2013 but could complete before the expiration of his tenure.

“We have been on this project for more than two years now, but because of the paucity of funds, we could not continue with the initial proposed stadium”, said Mr. Alhaji.

According to Alhaji Baba Sheshi, Director of Sports, Niger Ministry of Sports Development, the 15,000 capacity stadium has space for future expansion. The development contract was awarded to a Chinese firm, Sun Way Steel Building Company, based in Abuja.

The stadium will be constructed with more steel concentration and reinforced with concrete for best durability. It will be developed in three phases. The first phase will be the main bowl, the second phase will be for indoors and the third phase will be for hotels, which will be constructed by interested investors.

Why China Will Rule The World in 2025

Under the Clinton's Presidency, Chinese domination of the PHD programs in the US *became a national security issue.*

*They will research, defend and return to China and set business to rivals American business and effortus.*

Here is the result.

*"On Made In China 2025.*

On several occasions I run across these Chinese kids here in Georgia Tech, what surprises me is the type of courses they study.

*Almost all of them under Chinese government scholarship* here to study in *Americas best universities are studying courses that have to do with the future.*

They study artificial intelligence, systems science and engineering, and hard core courses for tommorows World, *their social lives are zero and they always hold sophisticated telephones.* _Very suprizing, but China is a country that thinks ahead and every Chinese is a potential suspect._

*Have you ever heard of the concept, made in China 2025?* It is Chinese Development blueprint that had sent fear around the world.

*It is meant to transform China from a labor intensive economy that makes toys, cloths, pharmaceutical to one that engineers advanced products like robots electric cars, and space explorations.*

The Chinese are believed to be the most determined species of the human race.

*Once they set their minds to achieve a goal nothing stops them.*

Earlier today, I listened to a commentary where the presenter clearly stated that the Chinese state would not mind stealing technology and intellectual property just to meet their goal.

I also read elsewhere, that *Chinese kids are sent in droves to study unique courses like artificial intelligence, information systems, system science, robotic engineering, systems engineering in American schools.* Surprisingly this is a deliberate state policy. *You never see a Chinese student on scholarship studying arts, social sciences or religion.*

What is most troubling is that they study these courses in America and United Kingdom top ivy leagues. *They are here on full state sponsored scholarships.*

While the economies of the world including the United States are exporting production distribution and exchange in an era of globalization, *China is pursuing an agenda of localizing production.*

*They promote a policy to get almost 70 percent of their production value chain domiciled locally.*

*This is very dangerous because in the future the entire world will answer to China in terms of production*.

*My concern with China is how can a country and a people get it so right? Always ahead of the rest.*

*Always scheming at a time our own kids are holidaying and eating barbecue in foreign restaurants.*

The more I study the Chinese, the more I fall in love with these guys. *They have leaders that think.*

*They have leaders that plan for tommorow* . *More interesting, even children as young as five years in China know in every transaction they have to eat up their opponents or be eaten.*

The big question: *Can we ever have a country built on values? Unfortunately* , this is our biggest handicap in Nigeria. *Our leaders think only of themselves. Selfish and greedy, and some of our young people think only of what they can scoop out of these greed.*

*Vision 2020 we planned, this is 2019, nothing to write home about. Even the government themselves are busy politicking and killing themselves with no regard to attain the goals of vision 2020. Open a discussion with a federal minister on how his ministry plans to meet the vision 2020 goals he has no idea what you are talking about.*

Our hospitals are still consulting clinics, women still give birth at home without medical support, our roads in disrepair, our schools abandoned *and our politicians clueless* .
_Is there hope for our country that we can ever plan and execute with precision like the Chinese?_

*Sometime I wonder, do we embrace the Chinese and be recolonized or do we continue to align with the west?*

*These young Chinese kids in Western schools studying robotics and artificial intelligence are the ones to compete with our own kids 20 years from now at a time our educational system and universities are dead and lecturers still going on strike.*

*I fear for my country and ours future, to be candid I fear! -* "

Interesting Facts you did not know about Ahmadu Bello

Sir AHMADU BELLO is still venerated by millions of Nigerians. The largest university in West Africa and the second largest in Africa is named after him while his picture is graciously perched on one of Nigeria's high currencies -the 200 naira note.

A descendant of UthmanDanFodio, who is still an idol to millions of Nigerians today. Though, millions of Nigerians, especially those from the South-East region (the Ibos) may still despise him.

Has the Nigerian nation learnt anything from history? Why was he jailed? Oh, did you know he was born on a June 12? What were his achievements? Why do his people love him so much? Why has he generatedso much hatred in the minds of some others? Is there anything we can pick from history and make Nigeria great again? In few words, I will adumbrate what you may not know about Alhaji (Sir) Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto and Premier of Northern Nigeria.First, let me share with you some of his quotes:“Nigeria: the ‘mistake of 1914′.”- .“The Ibos are more or less a type of people whose desire is mainly to dominate everybody. If they go to a village, or town, they want to monopolize everything in that area. If you put them in a labour camp as a labourer, within a year, they will try to emerge as the headman of that camp.”- Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto and the Premier of the Northern Region of Nigeria. 1957......................................................................................................................................"I will allow Sir Tafawa Balewa to go and become Prime Minister and lead the unbelievers of the South whilst I will stay in the North and lead the faithful."- Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto and the Premier of the Northern Region of Nigeria, 1960......................................................................................................................................“Here in the Northern Nigeria we have people of many different races, tribes and religions who are knit together to common history, common interest and common ideas; the things that unite us are stronger than the things that divide us. I always remind people of our firmly rooted policy of religious tolerance. We have no intention of favouring one religion at the expense of another. Subject to the overriding need to preserve law and order, it is our determination that everyone should have absolute liberty to practice his belief according to the dictates of his conscience…”- SirAhmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto and the Premier of the Northern Region of Nigeria.“I am not unaware that I have often been a controversial figure. I have been accused of lack of nationalism and political awareness because I considered that independence must wait until a country has the resources to support and make a success of independence. I have been accused of conservatism because I believe in retaining all that is good in our old traditions and customs and refusing to copy all aspects of other alien civilizations. I have been accused of many things, but the views of others have never made me deviate from the path which I am certain is the one which will benefit my people and country. I have always based my actions on my inward convictions, on my conscience and on the dictates of my religion”– Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto and the Premier of the Northern Region of Nigeria. "No, let us understand our differences. I am a Muslim and a Northerner. You are a Christian, an Easterner. By understanding our differences, we can build unity in our country.”- Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto and the Premier of the Northern Region of Nigeria to Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, the Owelle of Onitsha and the Premier of the Eastern Region of Nigeria.“You must do your duty but my safety is in the hands ofGod.”- Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto and the Premier of the Northern Region of Nigeria to Major Patrick Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu, leader of the January, 15th1966 carnage, 1965.“You are unique in that we stand at the meeting point of two of the major cultural system of the world. Islamic culture from the East and Christian culture from the West, and meeting in the presence of a third culture, that of the ancient state and empires of African itself. Our task is to bring about a dialogue between these two cultures and fit them to Africa, interpreting one of the other to the mutual benefit of all. We should introduce Western ideas and technologies where necessary but it must be without disrupting our existing spiritual, cultural and social values.”- Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto and the Premier of the Northern Region of Nigeria.(From his speech while being made the Chancellor of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria on 23rd November 1963).“They say that I am proud and impatient. I am certainly proud, for I have much to be proud of, and not the least the trust that God has given me to lift up our people from their primitive conditions into the light of life and the happiness of contentment. But I am not proud in the arrogant sense, for I know that I am merely an instrument carrying out God’s will and pleasure.”- Sir Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto and the Premier of the Northern Region of Nigeria. Now, the HARD FACTS!!!1.
